I won an auction here the other day, on 7/5. I bought a Vanilla Visa Gift Card to pay for it. This is my invariable practice. I have bought many items on eBay and paid for them in exactly the same manner over the last few years with Vanilla Visa cards, the most recent being a purchase on 7/3, whi. When I got home I wanted to add the new shipment to my informed delivery for tracking. At first I looked at the shipped labels page for the user to see if it had a new tracking number but it shows the same old one, so I looked at my new counter receipt and it has same tracking number I already set last week. UPS tracking number shows the package was delivered. I was home all day. I did not get the package. I contacted UPS and they checked the tracking number. The shipping label showed a different name and address from mine. They could not tell me who or where it went because of policy. I contacted the seller about this problem. No reply.
